Sony Alpha SLT-A55V DSLR Camera
Along with the new SLT-A33, Sony also announced the new Alpha SLT-A55V DSLR camera which also boasts the new Translucent Mirror Technology™. Expected to be available in October for $750 (body only) and about $850 (body and 18-55mm zoom lens), the SLT-A55V can shoot continuously at up to 10 frames per second. Highlights: a 16.2 megapixel Exmor™ APS HD CMOS sensor, background defocusing effects, Full-time Live View, a 3-inch 921,600 Xtra Fine LCD, BIONZ® high-speed image processing engine, ultra-high ISO sensitivity (ISO 100-12,800), Auto HDR, 3D Sweep Panorama™ technology, and many more.
