If you feel that the HMX-H300 series is too expesnive, you need to learn the Samsung‘s new pocket-sized full HD camcorder: HMX-P300 and HMX-P100. These point-and-share camcorders remind me to the famous Flip, but it should be different. Both models allow users to upload files directly from the LCD screen, thanks to the new One Touch Sharing feature and the pre-installed Intelli-Studio 2.0 software. But unlike the HMX-H300 series that boasts 52x optical zoom, the HMX-P300 and HMX-P100 are only equipped with 3x and 1x optical zoom respectively.

Both HMX-P100 and HMX-P300 utilizing Micro SD technology, built-in USB arms and USB charging features for simplicity. So what the difference bewtween P100 and P300? basically both models share the same features except the zoom capability, LCD size, CMOS resolution, and battery type.

Priced at $199, the P300 will be available starting March, and the cheaper model, HMX-P100 ($149), should be available this month. Do you want it? Le mw know!
