Featuring a 28mm wide-angle lens with 14x Optical Zoom and Optical Image Stabilization, the PowerShot SX210 IS allows users to capture dramatic close-ups or broad landscapes with ease, while the 14.1-Megapixel resolution ensures stunning image quality. Available in three bold color variations, black, purple and gold, additional features include a 3.0-inch wide LCD screen for improved visibility and glare reduction with enhanced Control Dial with Hints and Tips. Four new A-series compact cameras has been unveiled by Canon at CES last week. The cameras include A3100 IS, A3000 IS, A495, and A490 which are priced below $200. Expected to be available starting February 2010, the top model of the series is A3100 IS which incorporates Optical image stabilization, 12-megapixels sensors, 4x optical zoom, and 2.7-inch LCD display….

The adoption of touchscreen technology is going stronger and stronger. And now Canon has filed a patent application about the implementation of a touchscreen DSLR. As mentioned on the file, users will be able to change aperture values by sliding their finger vertically, or change shutter speed by sliding horizontally. That sounds interesting, right?
