Available in three bold color variations, black, purple and gold, additional features include a 3.0-inch wide LCD screen for improved visibility and glare reduction with enhanced Control Dial with Hints and Tips. Four new A-series compact cameras has been unveiled by Canon at CES last week. The cameras include A3100 IS, A3000 IS, A495, and A490 which are priced below $200. Expected to be available starting February 2010, the top model of the series is A3100 IS which incorporates Optical image stabilization, 12-megapixels sensors, 4x optical zoom, and 2.7-inch LCD display….
The new Canon PowerShot SX1 IS comes with 10MP CMOS sensor, 20x wide-angle Optical Zoom lens (equivalent to 28-560 mm) with Optical Image Stabilization, 2.8-inch vari-angle wide-format LCD, and built-in HDMI connector. Priced at $600, the SX1 is expected to be available in April. Basic features: DIGIC 4 Image Processor, Smart AUTO, Blink Detection Technology, and Active Display. And last but not least it shoots 1080p Video.
