Panasonic introduced the pocket-sized Ful HD video camera – Panasonic HM-TA1 that capable of 1920 x 1080 pixels video recording. The TA1 features an integrated USB terminal and software that allows for easy PC connection and uploading videos to online sharing sites such as YouTube™ and Facebook®. The TA1 also supports the Apple© iFrame video format (960 x 540/30p), which is optimal for Mac® users to import quickly and maintain small file sizes. When using iMovie®, the iFrame video data in the video camera is the same format as the one that is used to edit.

JVC Everio GZ-HM550is a new high definition camera with built-in Bluetooth® wireless technology, allowing the camera to work with a variety of other wireless devices. The new Everio GZ-HM550 features a 10.6 megapixel CMOS sensor for recording high quality Full HD video and nine megapixel digital stills. Regarding storage, the camcorder has internal 32GB flash memory plus an SD/SDHC card slot. Price: $799.95.

HMX-S16 was announced by Samsung along with its other two new S-Series of full‑HD digital camcorders: the HMX-S10, HMX-S15. Just like the HMX-S15, the HMX-S16 is among the world’s first to offer both built-in Wi‑Fi and DLNA connectivity. It also features Samsung AllShare, which allows consumers to easily access, manage and share content including their full-HD videos across other DLNA certified devices. With the integrated Wi-Fi connectivity, consumers can now forego having to connect any cables to enjoy their HD video or digital still images in amazing clarity on their HDTV or computer. Consumers can also take advantage of built-in HDMI connectivity to view their content on devices that may not be DLNA certified simply by connecting to the source via an HDMI cable. The HMX-S16 offers an internal 64GB SSD.

Displayed during CES 2010 last month, the HMX-S10 features Samsung’s proprietary new Victoria Engine processor and a cutting-edge 1/2.3‑inch BSI (Back Side Illumination) CMOS imaging sensor which combine to yield outstanding image quality and low-light performance. Coming with 270° swivel lens, the Sony’s new MHS-PM5/PM5K camcorder allows users to shoot 5MP still photos and Full HD MP4 video with a single press of button. Known as bloggie, this Mobile HD Snap Camera also enable users to post the pictures/videos to social networking apps easily, thank to its embedded PMB Portable software. Other highlights: 6.0cm LCD screen, a special 360 Video lens adaptor (PM5K only), and a slot for Memory Stick PRO Duo and SD/SDHC memory cards. The PM5/PM5K bloggie will be available in February.
